Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code, designs, and materials created during a project become the intellectual property of the client upon final payment. However, Vellnero Technology retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vellnero Technology, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any software we develop.
